Welcome to the Ivyland New Church!

Pastor - Rev. Ryan Sandstrom

Times are changing and Ivyland will continue to grow! Ivyland is a place where anyone who comes will be part of a warm and supportive congregation. We are unified in the belief that the Lord Jesus Christ is known in the Scriptures and the Heavenly Doctrine of the New Church. He is best experienced through helpful actions and caring words, essentially applying His teachings to life. I hope you take the time to explore our site, and please feel free to contact us!

Thanksgiving Day Service, 10am

Please join us on Thanksgiving Day at 10am for our annual Thanksgiving Festival Service. As always we ask that you bring with you non-perishable food items to be placed on the chancel during this service. The food donation is a useful act of thanks, which we symbolically do during the service as a way of offering thanks and praise to the Lord. However, this offering has a lot of practical benefits that go a long way for some maltreated and needy children in our own surrounding community. They will be the direct recipients of our act of thanksgiving. We look forward to having you with us!

Annual Christmas Show, December 8

Seasonal storyteller Don Rose is back to share his fascinating and entertaining insights about Christmas music, featuring the magical piano stylings of Jameson van Horn. Wine/spirits and fine cheese at 7, program at 8. $20 door price supports the uses of Ivyland New Church.

Bible Study - November 8, 7:30pm

On Wednesday the 8th, feel free to come to the church to our continual study of the book of Revelation. In this study we will begin Chapter 17. What does this all mean? Come and see!

Ivyland Oktoberfest, November 4th.

This year we have had to make some changes to the time and location of this event. It will take place at our own church this time, and it will take place outside of October (Oktoberfest isn’t really celebrated in October anyway!). And, for another change we have decided that the proceeds from this event this year will go towards hurricane relief down south. The suggested donation for each guest over 21 is $30, however we will gladly accept donations of ANY amount. Each dollar will be matched and then submitted to the American Red Cross. Each contributing guest will receive a free custom made “Ivyland Brew & Crew” tasting glass. Admission is free for kids under 21. Join us at Ivyland on November 4, from 5:30 to 8pm, and bring a dish to share. There will good food, music, home brews of all kinds, and lots of fun for people of all ages!
